We bought a new build home in July using the preferred lenders of the builders due to some financial incentives. We soon found out why they were providing financial incentives to use these lenders after enduring six weeks of high stress prior to closing! Without Derek and Melissa in our corner, I’m not sure we would have made it through this process. Working with Derek and Melissa has been wonderful. Derek showed us several properties never pressing us to settle for anything less than we were hoping to find.
